I am happy to offer refunds/exchanges for many situations. If the error was mine, I will cover all extra shipping charges. Otherwise, I will ask the customer to take on any return shipping costs.

 

Please let me know if a product was damaged upon arrival within 5 days of receipt along with a photo and description, and I'll be happy to help.

Please check that your shipping address is correct before finalizing the transaction at checkout! I am not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address and will not issue a replacement. Refunds are issued only on the value of the item(s) being returned, not the original shipping.

✦ Orders of in-stock items ship the weekend after purchase unless I am away for a convention, or an item is out of stock, after which it will be sent as soon as I have made/received it.

✦ Prints are shipped flat in either bubble mailers with rigid inserts, or in hard flat envelopes, and clothing and other small items will be sent in bubble mailers or envelopes.

✦ First Class Parcel and Priority Mail shipping options are available for most orders.

✦ If your order consists solely of stickers, you have the option to select the First Class Mail ($1) option.

Your order will be delayed if you select this shipping option for any other items.

✦  Shirts - As noted, all shirts are printed by hand. Therefore it is to be expected that variations in placement, ink density, line quality, and slight ink color variation may occur. By completing your checkout, you agree that you have read and understood the above, and that returns/refunds due to anything related to those listed qualities will not be allowed.

✦  Stickers - The "First Class Mail (Stickers Only)" option is, surprise, for stickers only, and for a sticker-only order. If you are purchasing any other product, you will need to select either the First Class Parcel, or Priority Mail option, as all items are batched and shipped together. If this option is selected for an invalid product, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
